Fluffy Pumpkin Cookies

cookie:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg

frosting:
¼ cup butter
1 box powder sugar
1 package cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
a little bit of milk


Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, baking soda and cinnamon
add pumpkin, butter and egg. Beat until smooth. Bake at 325ºF for about 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake.
