Bacon and Tomato Presto Pasta

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 cups penne pasta, cooked

Combine all ingredients except pasta in a large saucepan; heat through until bubbly. Stir in pasta and serve.
